CANDIDATES EXPLAINED
To effectively govern your professional association, the REBGV Board of Directors needs diverse skills and experience. To help it find directors qualified to lead one of BC’s largest and best run professional associations, it formed an independent Board Development Committee (BDC) to seek out director candidates.
The BDC established a rigorous process that asks potential candidates to provide a resume and other background information and to come to an interview with a BDC panel. The panel looks for candidates who have the knowledge and experience most needed on the current Board of Directors. It’s with this goal in mind that the BDC recommends candidates for your voting consideration in this year’s election.
