On 1 August 2004 I lodged with the Australian Federal Police a formal complaint against John Howard for having UNCONSTITUTIONALLY taken this country to war against the sovereign nation Iraq. Constitutionally, a Prime Minister has no power to send troops to war to invade another country!
Therefore, I view, it is appropriate to have John Howard charged, so he can justify his conduct before a Court of law! If we fail to do so, then what stops any other country using the same pre-emptive strike against Australia and murder tens of thousands Australians?
In my view, John Howard committed treason to unconstitutionally take Australian troops to war. Unless we deal with this appropriately, we may find getting time and again involved in wars, and our constitutional rights eroded by the day. Then, one day we will, so to say, get back some of our own medicine, and be invaded.
