2. As stated in the MOU with ICANN, the current quorum is 50% of ALS’s plus one.
The APRALO executive in consideration of the previous 12 months propose that this be reduced to 5 ALS’s.

4. In preparation for the Cairo meeting and the next two years of Policy Development work, would you or your members be interested in participating in new Working Groups for 2009? (See https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?at_large_policy_working_groups). Please note these Working Groups will not necessarily only be regional but may also be directed from GNSO and ALAC.

NOTE: As ALS's who do not participate in this survey / submit their Questionnaire will NOT be invited to the User's Summit / ATLAS and won't get travel funding for Mexico to attend your attention to this is *most important* if you are unsure please fill it out again and submit so your ALS will not miss out on being able to send a representative.
The Summit will be begin just prior (February 27/28th) to the ICANN Meeting in Mexico March 1st to 6th 2009, and delegates will be attending that meeting as well. It will be a rare opportunity for all the ALS's to come together and we would like to see 100% participation from APRALO.
