YOU MUST BE REGISTERED & SIGNED IN TO SUBMIT NOMINATIONS. If you are not signed in you'll see text indicating that the nominations closing date has lapsed. It is important that you read and follow all instructions given throughout the online process. There are instructions contained on this page, as well as on each Category page. This website will close for entries at 5pm on Wednesday, 15th September, 2010 - after which voting by Industry Judges will commence to determine the Finalists. Once you have entered the required details on this site you will be sent an email with an upload link for each entry. ONLY the following audio/video formats will be accepted, and it is up to you to arrange the appropriate formats for upload: ..:: for AUDIO nominations ::.. only mp3 files are accepted (192kbps max. file size). ..:: for VIDEO nominations ::.. the clip must first be uploaded to YouTube, then you enter the YouTube URL (8MB max. file size). Uploading the audio and/or video is only part of the process. For a nomination to be considered for inclusion in these Awards the original, signed Nomination Forms must be received at the CMAA National Office NO LATER than 5pm on 15th September, 2010. Faxed, scanned or incomplete Nomination Forms will jeopardise your nomination/s, and late Nomination Forms WILL NOT be accepted. It's up to you to get it all done in time. ALBUM of the Year nomination require THIRTY (30) commercially released CDs to be sent with the Nomination Forms. TOP SELLING ALBUM of the Year nominations require ONE (1) commercially released CD to be sent with the Nomination Froms. ALL OTHER category nominations require ONE (1) commercially released CD to be sent with the Nomination Forms. Single of the Year also requires ONE (1) copy of the radio distribution CD to be sent (with the exception of NfS product as per the Nomination Forms). This site is purely for audio and video upload, and does not present the nomination process in its entirety.
