At present a couple putting in 672 hours a week caring for a totally disable person gets $98 per fortnight, equals to 14.5 cents an hour. There is no provisions to be paid extra, unless they are a foster child ($1117.00 plus per week)non assett tested. Equality for all, keeping beds free. Baby Boomers Beware, are you next, will your kids or friends help to keep you out of a nursing home or hospital if that is your wish.
