Sign in to your personal BigPulse online survey manager webpage and begin by generating hundreds or thousands of survey voting accounts automatically in seconds or minutes. Then open your online surveys or polls effortlessly by selecting from a list of template poll configurations – just tailor the poll topics or questions, vote options and the poll start and close dates. Next use the integrated bulk emailer to send your people invitations to vote. The emails include an automatic sign-in link to the new online survey or poll. It means people do not need to remember or even know their personal sign-in details – just click and vote, so easy. Opinions and votes are harvested immediately and you see them counted live.

High security voting

Various security methods are available to protect the integrity of voting in your online surveys. You can start with just an email list and generate all the voting accounts automatically. Alternately you can specify the account names and bulk input them.

Interactive means all voice heard

Your online surveys and polls can be interactive. This means selected groups of people or everyone can be invited to participate in the construction of your online surveys and polls – people can submit new voting options and opinions immediately from any poll. Multi-user

You can nominate people to be part of your support team. These people have access to your online survey poll manager and appear in a support team list which is linked to your poll manager webpage. You can add and remove people from this support team list with a click. You can also tailor the access level allowed for each support person too.

Pulse votes

At regular intervals an automatic vote reminder email can be used to prompt poll members to vote together. It gives the forum a regular pulse.

Discussion boards

A separate discussion or debating forum can be opened for each question in the survey or even for each of the responses provided in each survey question.

Forum moderation

Whenever any of the interactive features are used you can nominate forum moderators or, if you request, a BigPulse moderator.

Vote filters

Your survey polls can include tailored vote filters which show votes from defined categories or groups of people such as region, industry type or membership type.

Survey menu

Each question in your survey or questionnaire appears in a poll menu page which can be linked to your website. As new surveys or survey questions are opened they are immediately visible from your poll menu without the need for you to add new links to your website. We can also create a special web address (URL) linked directly to your survey menu.

Your logo, banners and color themes

You can link your logo to all your polls and tailor the poll color themes to match. Also upload banners to appear in your polls.
