BigPulse includes an integrated bulk email manager. This makes
it very easy for you to invite people to vote in your s and
surveys. You construct the emails in your usual email composer and
send them to your BigPulse bulk email
library. Send selected emails in your bulk email library
to selected members
or member groups. You can create many different email lists
or survey groups. You set the email sender name and reply address so that your bulk emails appear send from BigPulse appear exactly as if they came directly from your desk.
Emails can include automatic sign-in links to your online polls and surveys or poll menu webpage. When a poll link in an email is clicked it signs each person into the poll automatically ready to vote. This means you have full control over who can vote yet people do not need to remember or even know their sign-in or password details – just click and vote, so easy. If your email list includes names then each email can also be addressed to each person. Bounced emails are tracked and recorded automatically. When appropriate you can offer a single click opt out. |
